Service Description:
Amman Chamber of Industry allows its members to obtain services related to certificates or origin, additional copies, etc.
Service Provision Steps:
Amman Chamber of Industry allows two channels to obtain member service
First channel: Online, as follows:
- The authorized representative of the Company for this purpose enters the application for the required service online (additional copies of the certificate or origin or copy of original) and identifies the method of payment, either in cash upon attendance, or through e-fawateercom, and sends it.
- A letter indicating the serial number and payment through e-fawateercom will be sent to the mail of the company.
- After payment, the employee of the company may visit any branch to obtain the additional copies of the requested certificate of origin.
Second channel: Through service centers, as follows:
- A letter to obtain additional copies of the certificate of origin or copy of original is submitted to the service officer.
- The officer enters it on the computer system.
- A receipt voucher is issued by the officer and the required document is printed and delivered to the company representative.

Scheduled time for service completion:
If the transaction is entered online, it will require 3-4 minutes to be obtained. If the transaction is not entered online, it will require 3-4 minutes, after the transaction is verified.
Department providing the service:
Member Service Department through the service centers (head office in Jabal Amman, Sahab Center in the Industrial City, Marka Office, Ministry of Trade and Industry office, Investment Authority office, Al-Muwaqar Office, Aqaba Office, Ma’an Office, Karak Office).
Service Beneficiary:
Members of Amman Chamber of Industry who have renewed their annual subscription for the current year.
Conditions for Obtaining the Service:
The company should have renewed its subscription, in case additional copies are requested for the year for which the membership certificate is requested.
Necessary Documents and Papers for Obtaining the Service:
An official letter of the application should be submitted.
