Service Description:
Amman Chamber of Industry will allow its members to amend the information of the certificates in the case there are variations in quantities, weights, or import addresses.
Service Provision Steps:
Amman Chamber of Industry offers two channels for obtaining the service of amending the certificate of origin, as follows:
- New export invoices should be submitted with the amendment application letter and the certificate of origin intended to be amended to the service officer.
- The officer verifies the new invoices according to the instructions and enters them on the computer system.
- A receipt voucher is issued by the officer and the new certificate of origin is printed and the new invoices are sealed and delivered to the company representative.

Requires 7-9 minutes after document verification.
Department providing the service:
Member Service Department through the service centers (head office in Jabal Amman, Sahab Center in the Industrial City, Marka Office, Al-Muwaqar Office, Aqaba Office, Ma’an Office, Karak Office)
Service Beneficiary:
Members of Amman Chamber of Industry who have renewed their annual subscription for the current year
Conditions for Obtaining the Service:
- The new invoice should have the same number and date of the previous invoice.
- The invoice should not be less than the first invoice.
Necessary Documents and Papers for Obtaining the Service:
- Submitting an official letter to the Chamber of Industry for the required amendments.
- Submitting all copies of certificates of origin and previous invoices.
- Submitting the new invoices in the same amended number and date.
