Service Description:
Amman Chamber of Industry registers industrial companies, if their main objective is industry and are registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. An industrial corporation is any company or establishment whose main objective is industry, has ten or more employees, and has a capital of Thirty Thousand or more. A handicraft establishment has less number than the industrial corporation in terms of employees or capital.
Service Provision Steps:
Through service centers, as follows:
- The membership application is to be submitted to the service officer attached with all required documents.
- The officer verifies the documents and the membership application and then enters them on the computer system.
- A receipt voucher is issued by the officer and the membership certificate is printed and delivered to the company representative.

Service Beneficiary:
Industrial establishments or companies whose main objective is industry, registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and are located within the territory of Amman Chamber of Industry.
Conditions for Obtaining the Service:
- The main objective of the establishment/company to be registered should be industry.
- It should be registered in the records of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- The factory or the administration should be located within the territory of Amman Chamber of Industry.
- The authorized representative of the company should attend in person.
Necessary Documents and Papers for Obtaining the Service:
Documents necessary to complete the registration process of industrial and handicraft establishments and companies with the Chamber.
1. Sole Proprietorship:
a. Commercial register document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
b. Trade name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, if any.
c. Original lease contract or title deed.
d. Personal ID issued by the Civil Status Department of the authorized signatory, as for Jordanians, and personal identification for authorized signatories, as for non-Jordanians.
2. Joint liability company and simple partnership companies:
a. Companies controller record document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
b. Trade name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, if any
c. Original lease contract or title deed.
d. Identification document issued by the Civil Personal Status Department for the authorized signatory for Jordanians or any identification document for authorized representatives for non-Jordanians.
3. Public shareholding companies, private shareholding companies, limited liability companies, and exempted companies:
a. Companies controller record document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
b. Trade name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, if any
c. Authorized signatory and capital document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
d. Memorandum and articles of association of the Company.
e. Original lease contract or title deed.
f. Identification document issued by the Civil Personal Status Department for the authorized signatories for Jordanians or any identification document for authorized representatives for non-Jordanians.
4. Free zone establishments:
a. Registration certificate issued by the Free Zone Incorporation.
b. Trade name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, if any
c. Authorized signatory and capital document issued by the Free Zone Incorporation.
d. Memorandum and articles of association of the Company.
e. Original lease contract or title deed.
d. Identification document issued by the Civil Personal Status Department for the authorized signatory for Jordanians or any identification document for authorized representatives for non-Jordanians.
Third: The authorized signatory for administrative matters should attend in person. If he is unable to attend, he can obtain the registration form from the Chamber or website or authorize another person to register, sign it by the authorized signatory, and certify his signature by any bank in Jordan with which he deals.
Fourth: Upon receiving the transaction, the officer enters the necessary information on the computer. The sector to which the member belongs will be identified. Once entered, the transaction will be ready for fee payment.
Fifth: Upon payment of fees, the applicant will receive the registration certificate sealed by the seal of the Chamber and signed by the authorized signatory of the Chamber.
