Service Description:
Present and monitor the issues and obstacles facing the members of the Chamber to find appropriate solutions by the competent authorities.
Service Provision Steps:
- The Chamber member requests the service by sending a letter or application by ordinary mail or email delivered to the court of the Chamber.
- The Chamber member indicates the required service in the sent application and support it with the documents that support a better understanding of the issue raised in the letter.
- The Department considers the filed application and follows it up with the consultants of the Chamber (if necessary) and requests any documents to support the application.
- The Department addresses the competent authority, depending on the issue in question, and it may be required to address several competent authorities.
- The Department follows up with the competent authorities and, if necessary, visits them to clarify the issue.
- The Department provides the Chamber member with the reply of the competent authority, whether approving or rejecting his application.
- If no response is received, the Department looks for alternative means to solve the issue, if possible.

- From one day to one week from the date of providing the necessary documents to understand and support the case by the Chamber member.
- It requires a longer period, if the issue depends on the response of the competent authorities.
