Service Description:

Provide specialized legal consultations to the members of the Chamber orally and in writing in the following fields:

• General legal consultations that include the applicable various degrees of legislation in the Kingdom.
• Specialized legal consultations in customs affairs, sales tax, income tax, and social security.
• Free trade agreements between the Kingdom and other countries.

Service Provision Steps:

• The Chamber member applies for the service by phone, ordinary mail, email, or a visit to the Department with prior coordination or without an appointment.
• The service applicant demonstrates his inquires according to the mechanism indicated above to obtain the required information.
• The Department replies to the inquires of the applicant directly (if possible) and provides it with the necessary documents (as required) or schedules another appointment to consider the case and provide the required service either directly or through the Chamber consultants.
• The Legal Department (if necessary) coordinates between the applicant and the relevant consultants of the Chamber to consider the case in question and direct them.
