Participation in Pavilions in Exhibitions Abroad.
Service Description:
- The Chamber shall organize the participation of industrialists in pavilions in foreign exhibitions, and shall sometimes reserve a pavilion in the name of the Chamber that includes samples of small and medium enterprises.
- The Chamber shall issue circulars to the industrialists desiring to exhibit their samples in the Chamber pavilion, where those samples are collected in the Chamber’s building, and are then shipped to the state in which the exhibition is held.
- One of the employees of the Chamber, entrusted to oversee the pavilion, will be responsible for exhibiting the samples in an attractive and clear manner for the exhibition visitors, and in case one of the visitors is interested in those samples, then he will be furnished with the data of the manufacturing company.
Service Beneficiary:
All the members of the Chamber.
Conditions for Receiving the Service:
- The company shall have renewed its subscription in the year in which the exhibition will be held.
- Payment of the fees decided for participation in the exhibition, which are usually token fees.
Documents Necessary for Obtaining the Service:
- Chamber registration certificate.
- Completed participation form
Receipt voucher by the Financial Department of the Chamber indicating supporting the participation fees.
Service Provision Steps:
- After verification of the submitted documents by the applicant, an approval letter is granted for participation in the exhibition.
- Providing him with a location for his company stand in the exhibition.
- Notifying him of the scheduled time for shipping his goods to the exhibition.
- Holding a general meeting for participants in this exhibition to arrange the participation program, travel, and stay in the hotel.
- Creating a whatsApp group for participants in this exhibition to facilitate communication.
- Filling a survey for evaluation of participation in the exhibition.
