- Include the foremost activities and events which will be organized by the Chamber or any other quarters related to industrial activity, and also exhibitions to be organized inside or outside Jordan, in addition to the foremost governmental decisions concerning the sector, as well as courses and workshops, or encounters with officials, and any other matters that interest industrialists.

- Preparing and printing the circular.
- Approving it by the general manager of the Chamber.
- Registering it in the Chamber’s court.
- Forwarding it to the officer concerned with the circular.
