The Amman Chamber of Industry offers a "One-Stop Service" that allows beneficiaries to complete a wide range of transactions and government services through offices representing multiple entities. This initiative is designed to save time and effort while enhancing operational efficiency. All offices operate in an integrated manner within the Amman Chamber of Industry building to provide a supportive environment for industrialists, ensuring streamlined processes and boosting productivity in the industrial sector.
- Certification of certificates of origin with Jordanian origin. - Issuance of work permits. - Issuance of permits for foreign workers of Egyptian nationality. - Reviewing applications for the disbursement of social security entitlements for foreign workers. - Legal and formal agencies. - Academic certificates / Schools – Universities. - Sharia certificates / Issued by the Sharia Court. - Employment contracts / Work permits. - Certificates of origin / Commercial invoices and their documents. - Health certificates / Medical reports. - Court decisions and Ministry of Justice documents, including non-criminality certificates. - All documents from the Civil Status and Passports Department. - Certification of all documents received from accredited embassies in the Kingdom. - Documents from the Department of Lands and Survey. - All documents issued by the Amman Chamber of Industry. - All documents issued by certain government departments (Municipality) after validation by the Prime Ministry. - Receiving and guiding visitors to complete the remaining procedures with the relevant authorities. - Certification of experience certificates after being validated by the Ministry of Labor or the Chamber. - Certification of documents issued by the Ministry of Interior. - Assisting service recipients in creating a personal account on the official website of the Amman Municipality. - Guiding and advising service recipients on how to renew business licenses, pay fees, and withdraw the license electronically. - Guiding and advising service recipients on how to extract the reference number for property tax fees. - Guiding and advising service recipients on how to extract the reference number for traffic violations. - Guiding and advising service recipients on how to benefit from other electronic services recently launched by Amman Municipality, such as street lighting complaints and combating disease transmission vehicles. - Guiding service recipients on how to extract an urban planning map from the Amman Municipality office / Amman Chamber of Industry. - Explaining the electronic application process for all services. - Answering legal and procedural inquiries related to the application of social security. - Coordinating with the Amman Chamber of Industry to deliver awareness lectures and workshops. - Issuing official statements for retired insured persons. - Following up on optional insured transactions. - Certifying official documents related to cosmetics and medical supplies. - Answering inquiries related to food safety. - Receiving licensing transactions for food establishments. - Guidance and advice on the services provided by the Jordan Food and Drug Administration. - Electronic system for bill payments. - Payment of electricity, water, and telecommunications bills. - Payment of business license fees. - Payment of fees for telecommunications services, unions, and organizations.
