Cluster4Green “Promoting innovative clusters and value chain of SMEs for sustainable development”

Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) joined as a partner of the newly launched European Project “Cluster4Green “. The project aims to develop economic opportunities and reduce unemployment through promotion of circular economy, sustainable development and green growth in the Mediterranean Region.

The project targets mainly MSMEs, startups and entrepreneurs to develop their knowledge and competitiveness through building capacity, networking and development of innovative business models.

Also, the project will support the uptake of ENI MED region circular economy market generating a common program on circular economy that promotes green and socially oriented investments. The project will capitalize on several other initiatives and programs on circular economy and investments.

Furthermore, public authorities and investors will be involved to develop methodologies and initiatives as well as to develop criteria to assess green and social oriented investors either national public and private investments or foreign  direct investments (FDI) .   

In addition to ACI, the project is lead by ASS.FOR.SEO from Italy  and joined by several other partners from France , Spain, Egypt and Lebanon and will last until December, 2023.
