The deputy head of the Amman Chamber of Industry, Ahmed Al-Khudari, affirmed the Chambers of Industry’s constant endeavor to provide more job opportunities for Jordanians, by increasing Jordanian exports, in light of the high quality of national industries, which contributed to reaching 140 markets in various continents of the world, pointing to a report Issued by the International Trade Center clarifies that if Jordanian industries were able to take advantage of the currently available and untapped export opportunities, amounting to (4.5) billion dollars, they would be able to create (130) thousand job opportunities, including (34) thousand jobs for women. .

Al-Khudari added during a ceremony honoring 13 experts in the field of export on behalf of the President of the Amman Chamber of Industry, Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, which was held at the Amman Chamber of Industry building today, Thursday, that promoting industrial exports requires supporting the competitiveness of Jordanian industrial products in export markets, by reducing the high production costs, Especially with regard to energy and water prices and shipping costs, as well as preparing market studies based on technical analysis of the requirements of global markets, and providing technical support to interested industrial companies, especially with regard to specifications and requirements for entering target markets in partnership with specialized experts in this field, and then networking Jordanian manufacturers with potential customers, and providing technical support to industrial companies capable of exporting.

For his part, Sherif Younes - Project Manager for Trade for Employment (T4E), added that in 2018, the project conducted an assessment of the trade-related services market in Jordan; Among the findings of the study, the study showed the need for more local experts specialized in export development in order to help small and medium-sized companies develop and expand their business in foreign markets. To achieve this, the project provided the necessary technical support in training this group of experts to enhance the capabilities of small and medium enterprises and national institutions concerned with providing trade and export services and in improving the quality of these services and developing them in a way that meets the needs of the market and contributes to strengthening the Kingdom's plans for the growth and increase of exports. "

Director of the European Jordanian Institute for Business Development (Positive), Haitham Al-Faour, confirmed that the institute is working to meet the needs and requirements of the national industry, by launching a distinguished package of quality and distinguished training programs and in partnership with many local and international bodies,

Shadi Gammoh, General Manager of Manafeth Consulting and Training Company, gave a detailed presentation on the program and its objectives, in which he reviewed the issues specialized in export that were addressed during the training, in addition to the stages in which the program was implemented and the mechanisms for its implementation.

It is noteworthy that the Export Experts Graduation Program aims to establish a network of experts to provide specialized advisory services in the fields of export to be used by national institutions and small and medium-sized companies wishing to expand their export and marketing activities at the global level. markets. The training program for experts includes a number of relevant and intensive training topics that are internationally and locally accredited and supported by a number of practical applications that address issues related to planning, exporting and qualifying small and medium enterprises to effectively expand their export activities to international markets.The program was implemented in cooperation with the European Jordanian Institute for Business Development (Positive) and Manafeth Consulting and Training Company, and is supervised by the Trade for Employment (T4E) project implemented by GIZ and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Dutch government.
