Alrai _ The Chairman of the Jordan and Amman Chambers of Industry, Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, valued the response of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission’s Board of Commissioners to the efforts of the Jordan Chamber of Industry by agreeing to re-allow industrial companies to import raw materials through international private mail operators.

In the statement issued today, Eng. Jaghbir said that the decision contributes to supporting the pace of production for industrial companies, especially since raw materials are considered production inputs and samples that are imported in limited quantities and weights through express shipping.

He pointed out that approval to import these materials and samples through international private mail operators is done in cooperation with the concerned authorities, according to certain conditions.

He stressed the importance of supporting the efforts of the industrial sector, as it is a major pillar and tributary to the national economy and gross domestic product.
