Alrai- The consumer price index (inflation) for 2019 increased by 0.03 percent, reaching 125.03 compared to 124.66 for the year 2018.

The General Statistics Department said, in its annual report on the consumer price index, today, Wednesday, that the consumer price index at the monthly level, and for the month of December 2019 rose to a rate of 0.57 percent, reaching 126.0 compared to 125.3 for the same month of 2018.

The consumer price index for December 2019 increased to 126,0 compared to 125,6 for the month of November of the same year, by 0.3 percent.
