Chamber of Industry (JCC) on Saturday launched a stimulus package for national
industrial exports that will boost the national product's presence in
international markets. on the side-lines of two workshops organized by the
Chamber to complete the efforts exerted to activate the work of the Jordanian
Industrial Export Services Unit.
The first workshop aims at raising the
marketing capabilities of promotional tools for 25 industrial companies and the
second by providing an export audit service for industrial companies. Chairman
of the Chamber, Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, stressed the keenness of Jordan's
industry to enhance industrial exports by stimulating its great potential to
enable industrial companies to overcome some obstacles and small details that
have a sustainable benefit in the future.
He explained that the Chamber has
launched in the past months the Jordanian Industrial Exports Services Unit as a
continuous work product for more than two years, as it is a guide for the
industrial establishments to build the right foundations for export success, by
providing a complete package of services to industrial companies. According to
al-Jaghbir, much remains to be done to increase Jordan's export capacity to
create more jobs and contribute to sustainable economic growth by expanding its
national export base. Commercially essential for Jordan.
The Director General
of the Chamber, Dr. Maher Al-Mahrouq, will be presented a number of special
activities and events to promote industrial exports and enable them in addition
to raising marketing capabilities "promotional tools" for about 25
industrial companies.. He pointed out that the Jordanian entrepreneurial
capabilities are promising and need only a little specialized technical
assistance to allow the largest number of industrial companies to create more
opportunities for Jordanian companies in the markets of the European Union countries
and reach about 500 million consumers taking into account the agreement to
simplify the rules of origin.
