addition to the designs and architecture offered.
Yassin added that the
Jordanian delegation to the exhibition met with the Italian trade mission,
where it was agreed to organize an Italian-Jordanian forum and conference in
the Kingdom during the second half of 2020, as well as meetings with
representatives of the Palestinian Union of Stone and Marble, during which they
discussed strengthening cooperation between the Association During the
exhibition, the Jordanian delegation received an invitation from the delegation
of the Indian Stone Association to participate in the stone exhibition that
will be held in the city of Gabor Al-Han. He will also be invited to
participate in this month's Istanbul Machinery Exhibition and the Marmora
Exhibition in Vitoria, Brazil.
Yassin pointed to the
availability of a very large strategic stock of raw materials for this sector
in Jordan, especially in the governorates where the government seeks to develop
its resources and encourage investment in response to the royal directives,
where the volume of exports of this sector last year exceeded 20 million
dinars, while the number of workers There are approximately 7,000 workers in
this sector.
