The kingdom ـــ The " Billing and Control Instructions " issued Thursday, in the Official Gazette, set out the establishments and businesses excluded from the organization and issuance of the invoice.

The exception included licensed establishments and businesses whose annual sales are less than JD 75,000:

Grocery (mini market, supermarket or shop)

Bookstores & Stationery

Vegetables and fruit shops

Home Appliances

Bakeries

Popular restaurants

Home Business

Dairy shops

Sewing tools shops

In addition to licensed crafts with annual revenues of less than 30 thousand dinars, as well as bakeries that sell bread only, and sales are less than 150 thousand dinars.

In accordance with the instructions, any seller of any commodity or service with a service of not less than JD 1, shall organize a fundamental invoice in accordance with the provisions of the billing and control system , unless it is excluded from the system.

The sales invoice must contain cash for the goods, or provide the services with data specified by the instructions.
