The Tax has Spent 35 Thousand Riyals Worth 40 Million Dinars Since The Beginning of The Year

Assistant General Manager of Income and Sales Tax Department Mousa Al-Tarawneh said that since the beginning of the year, the department has spent 35 thousand dinars worth 40 million dinars. 

Al-Tarawneh said in a statement to Al-Rai that these returns are represented by income tax and sales, and are related to companies, individuals, employees and employees. 

Al Tarawneh pointed out that the income and sales tax department sent the refunds to its beneficiaries via bank accounts by IBAN number, stressing that the department continues to pay bribes when it acquired the peremptory status and complete the legal conditions for disbursement.

In another context, Tarawneh said that the decision of the Council of Ministers to exempt from the full fines in case of payment of the original tax or installment ends May 31. 

The Cabinet decided to exempt the taxpayers from the full fines imposed on the tax credits and to exempt 75% of the fines only if 25% of them are paid. The department indicated that the taxpayers can pay the claims due from those who are subject to the decisions of the Council of Ministers to exempt from fines after payment of the first installment of the required balance, after which the remaining amount will be paid by bank checks and full payment due before 31/12/2019. 

Al-Tarawneh confirmed the end of the submission of cash support applications last Wednesday. He said that the number of applications submitted by private households in the private sector through your support site amounted to 700 thousand applications submitted on 20/2/2019. 

The Department started disbursing monetary support to beneficiaries as of 15/4/2019 through the branches of the Housing Bank, the Jordan Islamic Bank and the Jordan Kuwait Bank or through salaries for civil and military employees, retirees, pensioners and beneficiaries of the National Aid Fund. 350 hand. The number of households that received cash support was 1.22 million, with a population of more than five million.Q
