The
head of the Jordan and Amman Chambers of Industry, Engineer Fathi al-Jaghbir,
announced his withdrawal from the Romanian business forum, which is expected to
be held on Monday, denouncing Romania for transferring its embassy to occupied
Jerusalem.
"The
withdrawal from the Romanian business forum is a message in which the
industrial sector expresses its strong condemnation and condemnation of the
step taken by Romania to transfer the embassy to occupied Jerusalem," he
said in a statement issued today.
He
added that the Jordanians with all their components refuse to deal with those
who support Israeli arrogance towards Jerusalem. They are determined by the
position of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn al-Hussein, who refuses to
transfer any embassy to Jerusalem.
He
stressed that the industrial sector in Jordan is part of the Jordanian society
that rejects the blatant Israeli violations towards Jerusalem.
