100 Local Companies Participating in Jordan Industries Exhibition in Qatar

100 local industrial companies working in different industrial sectors will participate in the Jordanian Industries Exhibition which will be held in Doha, Qatar next Wednesday. 
The exhibition, which is organized by Al Muroojoon International for Marketing and Organizing Exhibitions (APCO) and supported by the Amman Chamber of Industry and the Investment Authority and in cooperation with the Jordan Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest events held locally and abroad in terms of the number of companies participating in it. 
The organizers of the exhibition, which is held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, are seeking to promote the national industry and attract agents and buyers from Qatari merchants and importers. 
The Minister of State for Investment Mohannad Shehadeh stressed the importance of holding a specialized exhibition for Jordanian industries in the State of Qatar to promote and enhance the presence of national products in foreign markets. He called on companies to use the exhibition to connect and build relationships and networking of Qatari businessmen to achieve mutual benefit. He said in a press statement on Friday that the Qatari market is one of the most promising markets where the national products have the opportunity to enter this market thanks to the high quality and the right price, which gives it great opportunities to compete with other commodities imported by Qatar. 
Minister Shehadeh said that the Investment Authority, as part of its plans to open new markets to national products, is supporting companies in specialized exhibitions in order to enable them to display and promote their products in order to enter into commercial transactions and increase their production quantities. 
In turn, the member of the Board of Directors of the Amman Chamber of Industry, the decision of the Exhibitions Committee, Ahmed Al-Khudari, that the Chamber is keen to support the participation of industrialists in such international and regional exhibitions, which is an important marketing station to showcase the products of various industrial sectors. 
He expressed the hope that the participation of industrialists in the exhibition will translate into export contracts for Jordanian products to the sister country of Qatar, which is preparing to host a major international event, the World Cup 2022, especially since Jordanian products exported to the Qatari market are not subject to any customs duties. Arab countries. 
"The three-day exhibition represents a great opportunity for the industrial sector to promote its products and enhance its presence in the Qatari market," said Raed Abu Saada, general manager of APCO. He said that the company is expected to witness remarkable popularity due to the great reputation of the national industry and the successes achieved during the first exhibition . 
Abu Saada said that the Qatari market has many investment and marketing opportunities for the sectors of industry, trade, therapeutic and recreational tourism, in addition to presenting commercial opportunities and investment fields in Jordan.
