Musa Al-Tarawneh, contact manager at Income and Sales Tax Department, said that any income that is realized for Jordanians or residents outside the Kingdom arises from funds and deposits from the Kingdom subject to income tax in accordance with the provisions of the law.
He added in a statement Tuesday that the income of expatriate Jordanians as a result of their jobs and their work in the country of alienation is not subject to the provisions of the Income Tax Law, and it does not have to be declared in income tax returns.
