Alrai - The Chairman of the Jordan and Amman Chambers of Industry, Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, affirmed that the Prime Minister's announcement regarding the study of supplying the industrial cities in Jordan with Egyptian gas is a correct step towards reducing the cost of production.

In a press release, Eng. Jaghbir pointed out that this study came as a result of a partnership between the government and the chambers of industry in order to reduce the cost of production on the sector and support its competitiveness.

Jaghbir praised the government's efforts to support the industrial sector, stressing that supporting the industrial sector contributes to increasing the production wheel and reflects positively on the national economy and supports its growth.

He said that the Jordan Chamber of Industry always seeks to present the challenges facing the sector to the economic policy maker in order to find appropriate solutions that support the sector's growth.
