We would like to inform you of the decision of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply No. 1/1/9789 dated 4/5/2020, which states:
Food items that need non-automatic export licenses:
Juices, soft drinks, oriental sweets, comfort, nougat, chocolate (produced by sugar), toffee and clothing.
Food not to be exported:
Rice, sugar, dry and unprocessed legumes, feed, wheat and wheat.
With regard to the export and re-export of free zones, the Ministry does not mind exporting and re-exporting all free zone goods and products as they are considered outside the customs areas, taking into account food items that are prohibited from being exported.
