We attach to you the letter of the Prime Minister No. 13/11/1/11401 dated 10/3/2018 regarding the circular that was directed to all ministries and official departments and public institutions and bodies not to include any text exempt from income tax in the agreements that will be signed by the government after the entry into force of provisions The law amending the Income Tax Law No. (38) for the year 2018, since any exemption shall not be considered except as provided in the provisions of this law.
