We would like to inform you, based on the information we have received, that the International Labour Organization (ILO) is conducting a study to identify and analyze value chains and economic sectors with high potential for growth and the creation of decent job opportunities in Jordan. This study is part of the “Manzuma” project, funded by the Regional Development and Protection Programme for Jordan and Lebanon (RDPPIII). The objective of the study is to identify promising opportunities, particularly for youth and women among Jordanians and Syrian refugees, to work in the targeted sectors: food industries, chemical industries, renewable energy, construction, restaurants, and hospitality. Additionally, the study aims to identify key challenges, needs, and priority areas for support to enhance business development, competitiveness, and export capacity, as well as to generate new job opportunities.
Accordingly, and in order to reflect your suggestions and needs during the project’s design and planning phase as much as possible, we kindly ask you to instruct the relevant staff in your organization to complete the questionnaire prepared for this study by accessing the following link. Please note that all information will be treated with strict confidentiality, and the deadline for completing the questionnaire is Tuesday, 17 June 2025:
