We would like to inform you that the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (JSMO) has prepared a draft for voting on the Jordanian Standard No. 462/2024 titled "Milk and Milk Products – Jameed," in which an amendment has been made to the benzoic acid content specified in clause 4-4.
As per the technical procedures followed in the development of Jordanian standards and technical regulations, draft standards are circulated to relevant stakeholders for voting before being presented to the Board of Directors of the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization. Accordingly, we kindly request you to share the attached draft standard with the relevant specialists in your organization and provide us with your feedback no later than Saturday, 14/06/2025, using the attached voting form and sending it to the following email address: rose.smadi@aci.org.jo
