We would like to inform you that the Amman Chamber of Industry, in collaboration with the Companies Control Department and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), will be organizing an awareness session on the Executive Instructions of the Insolvency System No. (8) of 2019. This system provides a legal opportunity for institutions and companies to recover from financial distress and contributes to improving the business environment and the national economy.
