The objective of the workshop is to introduce the scientific methodologies for identifying and solving problems through the following (5) basic stages; definition of the problem, measuring the size of the problem based on performance indicators and data, analysis of the root causes of the problem, mechanism of solution and optimization, control so as to avoid facing the same problems again.
