The workshop tackled lean manufacturing. A free initial diagnosis was made for the factories interested in the workshop by the Jordanian consulting company in order to look for opportunities to develop productivity and reduce waste using Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, in addition to distributing some scientific publications about lean manufacturing tools.
