We would like to inform you that the Standards and Metrology Organization has prepared a voting draft for the Jordanian Standard 1852/2024, which pertains to "Ready-Made Cake." Please note that some technical modifications have been made to the first version of this draft standard, including the addition of Escherichia coli bacteria to the microbial limits table. ( attached .)
As per the standard technical procedures followed in developing Jordanian standards and technical regulations, draft standards are circulated to relevant entities for voting before being presented to the Board of Directors of the Standards and Metrology Organization. ( attashed )
