We would like to inform you that the Council of Ministers decided on 21/12/2024, that for the purpose of deducting acceptable expenses from the total income of the taxpayer during the tax period, it has been decided to adopt the electronic invoice issued by the National Electronic Invoicing Program or a program linked to the National Electronic Invoicing Program, in accordance with the Regulation on Organizing and Controlling Invoicing Affairs, which applies to local purchases of goods and services. This decision will come into effect starting from 1/4/2025, after being published in the official gazette.
Therefore, industrial companies are kindly requested to pay attention to the necessity of purchasing any supplies or needs for the factories from entities registered in the National Electronic Invoicing Program, and through a tax invoice, in order to avoid these expenses being rejected when submitted as part of the tax declaration to the Income and Sales Tax Department.
