We would like to inform you that the implementation of the Electronic Authorization System has commenced at the King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein Industrial City Customs Center / Sahab and the Raqeem Customs Center, effective January 5, 2024.
Accordingly, industrial companies that have not yet obtained a username and password for the Electronic Authorization System are requested to visit one of the following locations:
King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein Industrial City Customs Center / Sahab
Raqeem Customs Center
Amman Customs Center
Customs Headquarters / Customer Service Directorate
Please note that customs declarations cannot be processed at the aforementioned centers for those who have not obtained a username and password for the Electronic Authorization System.
